The project sheet is devoted to one goal only. This keeps it clear and focused—keeping me clear and focused.

After I have identified my goal and figured out how I am going to implement it, I fill in the sheet and put it in my journal. This keeps me organized, on track, and when I forget what I am supposed to be working on next, I have an instant reminder of my priorities.
